Wrong numbers

If the numbers in your converted document are wrong, reply to your receipt or email support@pdf2text.ai within 7 days of payment and we refund the payment in full.

Tell us which document it was and, if you can, the page or row that looks wrong. The order reference on your receipt helps us find the payment quickly.

Failed conversions

If a paid conversion fails, we refund it. If you have not heard from us, reply to your receipt or email support@pdf2text.ai with the order reference.

Monthly plans

You can cancel a monthly plan any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Manage your plan.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how long it takes to show on your statement, usually 5 to 10 business days.
