What to know about Citizens Bank statements

Eighteen months, then order

Statements older than 18 months aren't in the Document Center; Citizens asks you to order them through its Contact Us link. When the copies arrive, upload them with your newer statements and the period check will show whether the run of months is complete.

Credit card statements: 12 months

For personal credit cards, online banking shows 12 months of statement activity, less than for deposit accounts. If you'll need a card statement for taxes or an expense report, save the PDF while it's still there; a saved file converts whenever you need it.

Check images inside the PDF

Some Citizens statements carry check images within the document. Images aren't transactions: each check is also a line in the activity, and that's where its row comes from. To see a single check online, click its check number in Transaction History.

Can I convert Citizens business account statements?
Yes. Business online banking lets you view cleared check images and download account data, which covers recent activity. For older periods, or when the statement itself is the record you need, convert the PDFs; each one is reconciled to its own opening and closing balances.
Can I convert a full year of Citizens statements in one go?
