These terms apply when you use PDF2TEXT, including document extraction, workspaces, exports, API access, page packs, and subscriptions.
You are responsible for the documents you upload, the rights needed to process them, your account credentials, and your use of extracted results. Do not use PDF2TEXT for unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or security-bypassing activity.
OCR and AI extraction results can contain mistakes, omissions, formatting errors, or low-confidence fields. Review outputs before relying on them for accounting, legal, compliance, financial, operational, or customer-facing work.
Paid page packs, subscriptions, included pages, monthly reset rules, feature access, and prices are shown at checkout or inside the product. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Taxes, card checks, invoices, and payment retries may be handled by Stripe.
Keep your login credentials and API keys secure. Activity from your account or keys may be treated as your activity. We may suspend or limit access to protect the service, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
PDF2TEXT may change features, limits, models, integrations, pricing, or availability over time. Public self-serve plans do not include a published uptime SLA unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
